MENtal Health Journey

Journalling has been an important part of my life which is why I developed this journal specifically for MEN. Why? Well the statistics speak for themselves. Men are still less likely to reach out for help…. In addition, men are more vulnerable to self-medication, go missing, sleeping rough. I wanted to play a small part to change this. The “Foreword” by International Cricketer, Ryan Sidebottom with the help and support from others real life case studies as allowed us to bring a unique reference to a sensitive area. Since the launch of this book I have had dozens of men tell me how its helped, give them a focus and even saved lives. What more could I have asked for but the gift of life…….

The Grief Journal

For the moment (although I have said I have written enough – I can hear my friends laugh out loud at that one, so yes watch this space…) the final of three books. This one is particular special as it probably my most personal story. So, following the success of the other formulars, yes it’s a journal, yes it has real life stories and it absolutely provides an education around understand different types of grief and why we respond in in different ways. “Acknowledgement” is a big word “being listened to” can be empowering; together a combination which can help us take a journey in a different and more empathetic way.
